Head of Marketing – Lead Brand Growth in NZ & AUS

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a leading brand that delivers innovative, world‑class products across New Zealand and Australia. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the COO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, shaping strategy and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, product launches, and market expansion initiatives in NZ and AUS.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the marketing team to achieve high‑performance results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders, including the COO and MD, to ensure integrated communication and alignment.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and performance metrics to optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing leadership, preferably within consumer‑focused brands.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering growth in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
