Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Executive to join The Property Factory’s in‑house team in Christchurch. You will rotate across paid advertising, email campaigns, website management, organic social, events and design, gaining exposure to every channel that drives property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, including copywriting and budget management.
• Design and execute email marketing programmes via Mailchimp for a 90 k subscriber database, handling segmentation and performance analysis.
• Maintain and enhance the company website and landing pages using Webflow, produce SEO‑friendly blog content and improve search rankings.
• Create and schedule organic social content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in collaboration with the videography team.
• Support in‑person buyer events and bi‑monthly webinars, from concept through delivery.
• Produce graphic assets such as brochures, signboards and ad creatives using Canva or Figma.

Required profile

• At least three years of hands‑on marketing experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across different channels without missing deadlines.
• Analytical mindset – you read data and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Clear, concise writing style and curiosity to test new platforms.
