Marketing Associate

About the role

We are a multi‑brand hospitality group that blends adventure, sustainability and a good sense of humour. As a Marketing Associate you will be the driving force behind the online presence of our brands, from craft beer to cafés and bakeries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and manage social media content across all brands, including community engagement and review monitoring.
• Design, build and send email marketing (EDM) campaigns, maintain databases and optimise open and click‑through rates.
• Set up and monitor paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms, manage budgets and optimise performance.
• Coordinate content shoots with the design team and oversee new product roll‑outs on digital channels.
• Write blog posts, manage SEO, and keep online listings accurate for every brand.
• Analyse campaign data, identify trends and feed insights into future initiatives.
• Maintain the online store, handling product listings, stock updates and supporting eCommerce growth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing or eCommerce.
• Strong copywriting ability with the flexibility to adapt tone across multiple brands.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable reading performance metrics and turning them into actionable steps.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle several campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to contribute across the full marketing mix.
