Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to drive the online presence of our multi‑brand hospitality group. You will own social media, email campaigns, paid advertising and e‑commerce activities across several brands, ensuring a consistent and engaging digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and manage social media content and community interactions for all brands.
• Design, build and send EDMs, maintain subscriber databases and optimise open‑ and click‑through rates.
• Set up and monitor paid campaigns on Google and Meta, manage budgets and optimise performance.
• Coordinate content shoots with the design team and support new product roll‑outs across digital channels.
• Write blog posts, manage SEO, and keep online listings accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Analyse campaign results, identify trends and feed insights into future initiatives.
• Maintain the online store, update product listings, manage stock and support e‑commerce growth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media, EDM or e‑commerce.
• Ability to run campaigns end‑to‑end and adapt copy tone across multiple brands.
• Strong understanding of paid‑media platforms and data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to juggle several brands and projects.
• Proactive, detail‑focused attitude with a curiosity for all aspects of marketing.
• Experience with photography or videography, whether professional or self‑taught.
