Intermediate Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to build, design and deploy high‑quality, scalable solutions that directly support Woolworths stores across New Zealand. You will work in a collaborative hybrid environment, partnering with testers, product owners and business analysts throughout the development lifecycle and participating in an on‑call roster to support production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using the Microsoft tech stack.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and ensure reliable releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
• Monitor performance, accessibility and code quality using observability tools.
• Participate in on‑call duties to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with C#.NET, SQL and modern deployment practices.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture and agile ways of working.
• Understanding of non‑functional requirements such as performance and test coverage.
