Intermediate Developer

About the role

Henry Schein One is seeking an Intermediate Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that support dental practice management. You will work closely with senior developers and cross‑functional teams, delivering high‑quality code while expanding your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Write accurate code according to specifications and deliver quality work on schedule.
• Provide insights into specifications and help define what will be delivered each development cycle.
• Plan and allocate time for coding and non‑coding activities to meet individual and team deadlines.
• Contribute to the technical design of functional solutions and resolve technical problems independently.
• Seek feedback on complex challenges to ensure accuracy and continuously improve.
• Collaborate actively with senior colleagues to gain additional technical and product knowledge.
• Identify and attend appropriate training to stay current with modern development practices.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of solid coding experience in an application development environment.
• Strong computer programming skills with at least 2 years of C# experience.
• Proficiency in WPF and experience developing Microsoft Azure and web services.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE or MSCE are a plus.
• Good understanding of the software development life‑cycle (SDLC) and competent use of development tools and frameworks.
• Ability to solve technical problems, identify flaws in existing code, and produce detailed product knowledge.
