Hardware Powder Coat Operator

About the role

The Hardware Powder Coat Operator is responsible for delivering high‑quality coated components while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role supports the production team by ensuring customer specifications are met and by fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform powder‑coating operations on hardware parts according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a tidy work area and return all tools to their designated locations after each shift.
• Report daily operations, issues, and progress to the Tooling and Components Performance Leader.
• Provide hands‑on assistance to the team whenever required.
• Collaborate with sister companies and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Resolve operational problems within approved expenditure limits.
• Meet production deadlines while ensuring parts meet quality standards.
