Full Stack Software Developer (Mid‑Level)

About the role

Sandfield is seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Software Developer to join its Kiwi‑owned team. You will work on web‑based solutions for leading Australasian brands, translating business needs into robust, high‑performance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Microsoft stack (C#.NET Core, WebAPI).
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Write and optimise SQL Server queries and database structures.
• Contribute to front‑end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and, where possible, modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Participate in code reviews, version control using Git, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Solid experience building web applications with C# and .NET Core.
• Comfortable designing and querying SQL Server databases.
• Good grasp of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
