Forward Deployment Engineer

About the role

Novamind Labs is building the infrastructure for safe, auditable, and accountable AI in enterprises. As a Forward Deployment Engineer you will work directly with enterprise clients, translating their business challenges into AI solutions built on the Novie platform.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to understand business goals, technical environments, and operational constraints.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and map client workflows, data sources, and compliance needs.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents, custom workflows, and governance controls on the Novie platform.
• Integrate Novie with client systems, data sources, and existing infrastructure, overseeing delivery from design to production.
• Convert client‑specific solutions into reusable blueprints, templates, and reference architectures for the broader product ecosystem.
• Provide technical advisory to client stakeholders and feed real‑world insights back to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience embedding with enterprise customers and delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience building AI solutions, agents, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and human‑in‑the‑loop design patterns.
• Ability to integrate SaaS platforms with client data sources and infrastructure.
