Formwork Carpenter

About the role

As a Formwork Carpenter you will work alongside our team on projects across the Lower North Island, delivering high‑quality foundation pads and concrete structures. The role is hands‑on, involving both carpentry and general site duties.

Key responsibilities

• Construct formwork, falsework and other timber structures.
• Operate small plant and machinery for which you are competent.
• Perform manual labour such as lifting, carrying, shovelling and site cleaning.
• Assist other trades to ensure efficient task completion.
• Spot plant and machinery, place concrete, and handle material collection or delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years verifiable work experience or a relevant trade qualification (Level 4 preferred).
• Experience in mainstream formwork carpentry is preferred.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
