Flight Facilitation Supervisor

About the role

Luxaviation is seeking a Flight Facilitation Supervisor to lead its ExecuJet team in delivering comprehensive aviation support to clients worldwide. Reporting to the Flight Facilitation Manager, you will act as the second‑in‑command and ensure seamless ground operations, high service standards, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the ExecuJet Flight Facilitation team, fostering high performance and operational excellence.
• Coordinate all ground operations for client flights, including handling, fuel liaison, crew accommodation, ground transfers, catering, flight set‑up, crew briefings and flight monitoring.
• Maintain open communication with clients, respond promptly to requests, and attend regular meetings with customers and contractors.
• Monitor daily client operations, compile weekly and monthly reports, and report key issues to the Flight Facilitation Manager.
• Oversee key account management for external suppliers, ensuring service deliverables are met or exceeded.
• Travel regionally as required and support senior management with additional tasks.

Required profile

• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of military and aviation logistics, preferably with experience in aircraft ground handling.
• Ability to work autonomously, make proactive decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
