Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Digital Marketing Manager at AS Colour, you will join the senior team to shape and execute bold, data‑driven marketing strategies that amplify the brand’s global presence. You will lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail and customer channels, driving brand awareness and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver AS Colour’s global marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Lead integrated campaigns across HubSpot, social media, EDM, Google, influencer, video and paid media channels.
• Own marketing and content calendars, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Manage paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and optimise results.
• Collaborate with international markets, retail teams and stakeholders for digital and traditional initiatives.
• Support store openings, events and retail projects through planning and asset delivery.
• Build relationships with influencers, community partners and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee HubSpot automation, workflows, customer journeys, email campaigns, acquisition and remarketing.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Community Manager & Social Media Specialist.

Required profile

• Growth mindset and enthusiasm for a globally successful, New Zealand‑founded brand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Business or related field.
• 4+ years experience in social media, communications, marketing or a creative agency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive, team‑first attitude and commitment to a strong team culture.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Legal right to live and work permanently in New Zealand.
