UGC and Influencer Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic UGC and Influencer Manager to build and lead the creator network for a new food brand. You will own the strategy and execution of user‑generated content, influencer partnerships, and content delivery to support the brand’s launch and sustained growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a US‑focused creator network strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Oversee the production, approval, and distribution of UGC across social platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize partnership tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer or creator programs for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the food and lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Experience with influencer outreach platforms or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of content licensing and usage rights.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $95,000 – $115,000 per year.
