Delivery Agent – Full‑time (South Dunedin)

About the role

Join NZ Post’s vibrant team as a Delivery Agent in South Dunedin. You will be the friendly face that brings mail and parcels to homes and businesses, using an eBike or motorcycle in all weather conditions. This full‑time position offers a rotating two‑week roster and a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process and sort mail and parcels from the Strathallan Street branch.
• Deliver items along an assigned route using an eBike and/or motorcycle.
• Maintain accurate addressing information and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Uphold health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent NZ Post positively in the community.

Required profile

• Availability for a 5‑day rotating roster (Week 1: Mon‑Fri, Week 2: Tue‑Sat) starting at 7:30 am.
• Hold a restricted or full New Zealand driver’s licence or a motorcycle licence.
• Physically fit and confident riding an eBike or motorbike.
• Strong numeracy and literacy to handle addressing details.
• Commitment to safety, reliability and a passion for delivering quality service.
