Creative Marketing & Design Specialist

About the role

NZPS Realestate ltd is looking for a Creative Marketing & Design Specialist to join its growing team in South Dunedin. This part‑time, on‑site position offers a flexible 20–30 hour week and plenty of creative freedom to shape the company’s visual and digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce marketing graphics, brochures, and digital assets that showcase property listings.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging content to attract potential buyers and renters.
• Collaborate with the sales and property teams to align design work with business objectives.
• Utilise digital and AI tools to experiment with new creative approaches.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms.

Required profile

• Passion for both marketing strategy and visual design.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects in a fast‑moving property market.
