Community Physiotherapist

About the role

Geneva Wellbeing provides community-based rehabilitation services that help people recover after injury, illness or while living with disability, working with clients and their families in a strengths-based, person-centred way. It is seeking a full-time permanent NZ Registered Physiotherapist to join its Manawatu-Whanganui team, working directly with clients in their homes and the wider community. The position is open to candidates already living in New Zealand or those willing to relocate.

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience as a NZ Registered Physiotherapist
• Previous experience with ACC, community rehabilitation, concussion, neuro, MSK or respiratory is advantageous
• Full clean NZ driver's licence and ability to travel within the region
• Awareness of Health Legislation and NZ health funding systems
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Required skills

• Current NZ registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and APC
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Passion for learning, growth and collaborative work
