About the role

ACCIONA’s 2027 Graduate Program for Civil Engineering offers recent graduates the chance to work on regenerative infrastructure projects across New Zealand. The 12‑month programme combines real‑world construction experience with structured learning and global collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in construction projects locally, regionally and interstate.
• Complete three rotations across different business areas to build capability.
• Attend national induction, boot camp and monthly Lunch‑and‑Learn sessions with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with over 200 graduates from more than 10 countries and receive training from Comillas Pontifical University.
• Contribute to ACCIONA’s regenerative infrastructure initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Graduated between 2024 and 2026.
• Full working rights in New Zealand (resident/citizen or appropriate visa).
• Willingness to be mobile and work on construction sites.
