Change Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Change Manager to lead and embed change initiatives that support Gallagher Security’s rapid growth and operational maturity. Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager, you will work closely with leaders, project teams and stakeholders across our Hamilton office to plan, communicate and embed changes to systems, processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Salesforce as the company’s Revenue Operations platform.
• Develop and deliver practical change strategies and plans aligned with business priorities.
• Assess change impacts, risks, dependencies and business readiness across programmes.
• Partner with leaders to drive communication, engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
• Provide support to teams during the transition to new systems and processes.
• Coordinate training and capability‑building activities with key stakeholders.
• Establish feedback loops, monitor adoption and address resistance or readiness gaps.
• Embed continuous‑improvement practices and fit‑for‑purpose change processes across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a change professional with a balance of strategic thinking and delivery focus.
• Ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly and support leaders and teams through evolving priorities.
• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives and navigating complex organisational environments.
