HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – LATAM

About the role

The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist will support our growing team across Latin America, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and employee onboarding for Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking markets. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent while ensuring a smooth, professional experience from interview to first day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for positions across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts, conduct pre‑employment checks, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are ready for their first day.
• Deliver new‑employee orientation, coordinate induction programs, and provide ongoing support during the onboarding period.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR and recruitment duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken) with experience conducting multilingual interviews.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
