About the role
We are seeking an exceptional people leader to join Chubb Insurance as General Manager People, reporting directly to the CEO and board, and driving HR strategy, organisational design, succession planning, employee relations and governance across our New Zealand operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive‑level HR leadership with direct visibility to the CEO and board.
- Own end‑to‑end HR strategy, organisational design, succession planning, employee relations and governance in a matrixed global insurer.
Required profile
- Proven track record of leading HR transformation at the executive level.
- Ability to operate autonomously within a matrix organisation and influence senior stakeholders.
