Banking Consultant

About the role

As a Banking Consultant you will be the friendly face of ANZ, helping customers feel confident about their financial future. You will support everyday banking needs, educate clients on digital solutions and connect them with the right products and specialists to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service to every customer.
• Support customers with day‑to‑day banking transactions and enquiries.
• Understand customers' goals and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Help customers build confidence using ANZ’s digital and self‑service tools.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams when additional support is required.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve strong outcomes for customers and the wider team.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
• Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service in retail, hospitality, contact‑centre or similar service environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse backgrounds.
