Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk (Part‑time)

About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to join our Daily Bread team in New Lynn. You will support the finance function by processing invoices, reconciling accounts and assisting with cash‑flow management in a friendly, down‑to‑earth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Record and post daily sales invoices and purchase invoices.
- Process customer payments and supplier payments accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain the accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
- Assist with month‑end closing tasks and prepare basic financial reports.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a growing business.
