About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Care & Conduct Specialist to join NZ Home Loans in Ponsonby, Auckland. This hybrid position offers the chance to apply investigative and problem‑solving skills to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers while upholding compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide high‑quality service throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve conduct‑related issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Document findings and recommend process improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks.
