Agri Relationship Associate

About the role

As a Relationship Associate you will support Relationship Managers in delivering banking solutions to customers, conducting financial analysis and helping develop credit strategies. The role is designed for emerging staff with potential to progress to full Relationship Management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers and providing solutions and insights.
• Conduct financial analysis and develop appropriate customer strategies.
• Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and understand customers' industries.
• Collaborate with internal functions and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ANZ values with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen.
• Strong ability to assess and interpret financial trends.
• Prior experience building strong customer relationships.
• Sound understanding of security arrangement structuring.
• Banking, lending or credit experience is an advantage.
• Preferably holds an accounting or finance degree, though not mandatory.
