About the role

Perpetual Guardian is seeking a part‑time Client Manager to join its Nelson office. You will work on‑site supporting the firm’s leading estate‑planning, family‑office and investment‑advisory services. The role offers a chance to develop expertise in inter‑generational wealth management while contributing to a close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Assist clients with estate‑planning, family‑office and investment advisory needs.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Prepare client reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in client meetings and follow‑up actions to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing roles within financial services or wealth management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a part‑time, on‑site environment.
