Account Manager – New Zealand

About the role

The Account Manager will drive net revenue growth for Conquest Imports across New Zealand’s North and South Islands. Reporting to the Field Sales & Key Account Manager, you will manage customer relationships, execute seasonal assortments and ensure timely communication of sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve net revenue targets (indent and total splits) for the NZ market.
• Maintain go‑to‑market excellence, meeting deadlines and KPI expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with strategic independent retailers.
• Manage indent orders, hold preservation and discount programs.
• Execute seasonal assortment and integrated account marketing plans.
• Oversee replenishment opportunities and initiate recovery strategies when needed.
• Provide accurate weekly call reports and seasonal teardown reports.
• Deliver monthly forecasts for the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar role within fashion retail or sports apparel.
• Experience aligning product assortment with strategic plans.
• Strong interpersonal and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
