Team Leader Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to head our Sales Support function in Wellington. In this role you will guide a dedicated team, ensuring smooth operations, high‑quality service delivery and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Support team to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage service delivery standards, responding to internal and external stakeholder needs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement best‑practice initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations to align support activities with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading a support or administrative team.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to drive change and foster a continuous‑improvement mindset.
