Strategy Consultant - AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI training and evaluation environments. This remote, freelance position involves translating real consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Create structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.
• Collaborate with the AI‑training team to ensure tasks reflect authentic consulting workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.
