Store Supervisor – Performance Store

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Supervisor to join our adidas Sylvia Park Performance Store. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team to meet KPI’s and sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to adidas standards.
• Conduct staff training and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the store.

Required profile

• Proactive, efficient and passionate about sport.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Required skills

• Retail team leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
