Source to Pay Analyst

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced Source to Pay Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of functional business processes in line with Service Level Agreements aligned with its Australia and New Zealand business stakeholders. The role works in partnership with third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to drive the operational performance of the full Source to Pay team, focusing on Accounts Payable stakeholders and vendors, and sits within the Australia and New Zealand Global Business Services (GBS) team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Vendor Paid to Terms (VPTT) accuracy and run improvement initiatives so suppliers are paid the right amounts at the right times
• Coach and train the broader AP team on core fundamentals and continuous improvement with BPO partners
• Act as first point of escalation on Accounts Payable matters such as payment issues, vendor master data and internal queries
• Drive vendor payment improvements with the Finance department and the Senior Manager, STP ANZ, and liaise with GBS on SLAs and reverse SLAs and their action plans
• Run Service Performance Management reviews and improve reporting with GBS
• Keep process documentation up to date with current SOPs and represent process procedures, practicalities and exceptions to global process leaders
• Translate vendor payment targets into action plans, support projects such as SAP S/4 Hana and Basware, and review GBS reporting
• Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures, and coordinate with external and internal customers on collections and disputes
• Indirectly manage the BPO team located in India

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in Accounts Payable
• Understanding of Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay processes
• Experience in GBS operations preferred; experience with BPO or offshore teams highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree; postgraduate certification in GBS preferred
• Experience in matrix and complex setups, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, and in continuous improvement initiatives
