Software Engineer – Institutional Tech (Wellington)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Institutional Technology team in Wellington. You will work on business‑critical systems that support core markets operations, combining development and DevOps responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and improve stability, performance and reliability of business‑critical applications, including participation in an on‑call support roster.
• Design, develop and implement technical changes that meet business, regulatory and engineering standards.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Monitor production systems and resolve incidents promptly.
