About the role

A well-established commercial construction company with a full pipeline of projects, mostly valued between $5M and $40M, is looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The company sees its people as critical to project performance and offers plenty of progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Job management and subcontractor management
Budget and variation management
Final account work, including cost reporting and reconciliations
Some estimating and tendering work

Required profile

At least 10+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience, including any design and build experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Natural communicator who builds relationships at all levels
Strong negotiation skills and ability to read between the lines
