Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner in Newmarket, Auckland. The role plays a key operational part in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, working closely with the C&C and COE teams across ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in the Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales departments across Australia and New Zealand, building strong relationships to influence and co-create people solutions.
• Work with COE teams on cyclical people activities such as annual talent reviews, merit reviews and performance reviews.
• Partner with the Rewards team to manage people budgets within allocated departments.
• Lead the Employee Relations agenda, including oversight of grievances, performance improvements and change management.
• Help lead initiatives to improve the employee experience.
• Manage the growth and development of one Senior HR Advisor.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in FMCG and global companies.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
