Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (Top‑Tier Strategy Firms)

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from leading firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. This remote, freelance position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks—such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, and growth strategy—that mirror the workflow of top‑tier consultants.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to enable large‑language‑model based assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
