Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning environments. This remote, project‑based freelance role focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios that include industry context, financials, constraints, conflicting inputs and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking and more.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading frameworks, rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience forming and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
