Sales Manager – Entertainment Platform

About the role

Flicks is a leading cinema and streaming discovery platform serving Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, advertising sales, and sponsorship opportunities across our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from advertising, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage and expand relationships with studios, distributors, streamers, brands and media agencies.
• Identify, pitch and secure new commercial opportunities that align with Flicks’ audience.
• Prepare sales proposals, present them to clients and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Track performance against annual sales targets and report on new partnership acquisition.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in media, entertainment or digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing a pipeline of client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness of media and entertainment markets.
• Strategic, target‑driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
