Retail Store Manager – Westfield Albany Kiosk

About the role

Join BODUM as the Retail Store Manager for the new Westfield Albany kiosk in Auckland. You will lead the launch of the brand’s first New Zealand store, building a high‑performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve individual and store targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day kiosk operations, including opening, closing and cash handling.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards and ensure the store is always presented at the highest level.
• Manage inventory, conduct regular stock counts and coordinate replenishment.
• Recruit, onboard, train and schedule staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Provide outstanding customer service and educate shoppers on BODUM products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong leadership ability with experience managing a small team.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working independently in a kiosk environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and late‑night trading.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Inventory management and stock control.
