Repertoire Store Manager - Cambridge

About the role

Repertoire, a premium New Zealand fashion brand, is looking for a Store Manager for its Cambridge store. The role leads a team delivering styling, service and memorable customer experiences, shaping store culture and driving sales, customer experience and brand growth. Hours are 9.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 34 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and customer experience: deliver outstanding service and personalised styling, achieve store and individual sales targets, build customer relationships and grow the customer database.
• Brand and community: host in-store events to boost brand awareness and represent the brand with passion.
• Store operations: manage stock, merchandising and store presentation, oversee budgets, rosters and KPIs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Team support: develop team members' styling skills and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.
• Natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude.
• Loves fashion and enjoys helping customers feel confident and styled.
