Visual Merchandiser (20 hours) - Wellington

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a part-time Visual Merchandiser for its Wellington store (Lower Hutt). The role plays a key part in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by applying visual standards and driving commercial results. It sits within the Store Team alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers and other store roles, and connects with the wider Area Team.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out visual, commercial and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and prioritise visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Support the Sales Market with store expansion projects.

Required profile

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Creative, curious and proactive, with flexible, action-oriented attitude.
• Skilled communicator able to lead and inspire store teams.
