Regional Sales Manager – Outdoor Lighting (NZ)

About the role

In‑lux is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to introduce premium Dutch outdoor lighting to New Zealand gardens. Based in Tauranga but travelling across the North Island, you will build a client base from scratch and help the company reach a $3–5 million revenue target within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with landscapers, designers, architects and homeowners.
• Visit sites and gardens to design, quote and demo lighting solutions using the in‑lite system.
• Manage the sales pipeline in the company CRM and own your performance metrics.
• Represent In‑lux and the in‑lite brand at trade events and in the field.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a strong desire to build a sales career.
• Passion for landscaping, garden or interior design and an eye for aesthetics.
• Comfortable spending time on the road and holding a clean driver’s licence.
• Motivated by uncapped earnings and clear progression opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
