Regional Manager – Lower North Island

About the role

The Regional Manager for the Lower North Island will lead GroConstruct Ltd’s operations across Upper Hutt and the surrounding region. Reporting to senior leadership, this senior position combines business development, pre‑contract activities, commercial management and project delivery within the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and nurture client relationships throughout the Lower North Island.
• Oversee pre‑contract negotiations, tender preparation and commercial risk assessment.
• Manage the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Lead a regional team, providing direction, coaching and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to align regional strategies with overall company goals.

• Proven senior leadership experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong track record in business development and commercial management.
