Regional Manager – Auckland (18‑month contract)

About the role

Lululemon is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a group of stores in Auckland, New Zealand. This 18‑month fixed‑term role focuses on building brand awareness, driving product sell‑through, and delivering strong business results while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate Store Managers to ensure consistent guest experience and operational excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent across the region.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, adjusting tactics to meet targets.
• Promote lululemon’s culture, values, and technical product knowledge throughout the stores.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on merchandising, marketing, and visual standards.
