Product Manager – Land Use Modelling & Spatial Intelligence

About the role

The Urban Advisory is building a globally‑significant, agent‑based land‑use and spatial intelligence platform that supports integrated land‑use and transport decision‑making at scale. As Product Manager you will own the product vision, translate complex urban reforms into actionable software features, and guide the platform from theory to practice.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for land‑use and spatial intelligence technologies.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts from The Urban Advisory, Urbanly and public‑sector clients to create robust, decision‑ready specifications.
• Oversee the integration of modelling, housing, transport, infrastructure and environmental constraints into a cohesive decision‑support platform.
• Maintain a programme‑level view of system components, ensuring they evolve together and deliver long‑term value.
• Facilitate testing of plausible future scenarios and exploration of system‑wide trade‑offs for councils and government agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within land‑use modelling, spatial economics, LUTI or urban analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to develop clear specifications.
• Comfort with high complexity and uncertainty in urban planning contexts.
