About the role
Bailey Nelson is growing and is looking for a passionate Optometrist to join its team in Wellington, New Zealand. The role centres on delivering the best possible eye care and customer experience every day while contributing to the growth of the store's clinic and retail business.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience as an Optometrist in a busy store or clinic
- A genuine passion for solving customers' eyecare and eyewear needs and delivering outstanding outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business and adapt to change
- Commitment to leading and developing your team together with the Store Manager
- Ability to manage time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience
