Lead Instant Finance's national branch network through its next phase of growth, bringing structure, energy and a strong commercial focus.
Key responsibilities
- Executive leadership reporting to the CEO.
- Shape structure, processes and people across a 25‑branch national network.
- Drive growth and commercial performance across all branches.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in banking or financial services.
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence organisational change.
