ITS Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced ITS Infrastructure Analyst to join its Internal Technology Services team. You will support around 2,000 users across multiple offices and remote locations in New Zealand, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑performing technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise infrastructure environments, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end‑user technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure and technical support issues.
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, technology rollouts, remediation activities, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Operate within ITSM frameworks, handling incident, request, change, and problem management.
• Assist with security, compliance, patching, and vulnerability remediation tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and support records.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support backup management, system health checks, monitoring, and software deployment activities.
• Ensure audit, risk, and compliance requirements are met through proper record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure operations, systems administration, desktop engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise IT environments and handling escalated technical issues.
• Exposure to a broad range of infrastructure technologies.
• Experience working within ITSM frameworks and ticket‑management processes.
