About the role
We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Auckland warehouse team. In this full-time, on-site position you will ensure that stock levels of ingredients and packaging materials are accurate and that the flow of goods supports our food-delivery operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock levels and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound movements, including receiving deliveries and preparing dispatches.
- Reconcile physical counts with system data during regular and cyclical stocktakes.
- Work closely with procurement, production and logistics to flag shortages or risks.
- Support continuous improvement of inventory processes while upholding food-safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work safely in a manual-handling environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional groups.
- Relevant qualification or coursework in supply chain, logistics or a related field is an advantage.
