Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Software Implementation Consultant will lead the successful rollout and training of Simpro Group’s suite of products for new and existing clients. You will work closely with customers across various industries to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, tailored product training sessions, both online and on‑site, to diverse client groups.
• Identify client challenges and design workflow solutions that maximise product utilisation.
• Facilitate standard workflow workshops and monitor client progress throughout the implementation journey.
• Provide ongoing support, resources, and guidance to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and drive continuous improvement of implementation processes.

Required profile

• Strong training delivery skills with the ability to adapt methods to different audiences.
• Experience implementing software systems and understanding business processes.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Professional, consultative approach with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
• Data management experience.
