About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic casual Retail Assistants (also known as Summer Hosts) to join our Auckland CBD stores for the holiday season. This part‑time, on‑site role offers a dynamic environment where you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Assist with sales transactions using the store’s point‑of‑sale system.
- Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal events.
Required profile
- Available to work flexible, part‑time hours during the summer period.
- Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
