About the role

Join PwC’s Assurance team in Auckland as a Graduate in the MVD – Derivatives & Valuation (MVD) practice. You will work with audit teams and clients to assess the valuation of a wide range of financial instruments, from listed equities and bonds to complex derivatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit teams in evaluating the fair value of financial instruments.
• Analyse market data and apply valuation engines to support client engagements.
• Prepare valuation documentation and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across audit, risk and advisory teams on diverse projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in financial markets.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
